Our Purpose . . .
We purpose by the power of the Holy Spirit for mature women to nurture younger women in the Word of God and to encourage them to obey His Word. This will be accomplished by providing emotional support through group involvement, life skill training through Practical Principle® workshops. These skills will be built upon the book of Ruth and the Titus 2:3-5 principle of older women teaching younger women, so that they may become strong disciples of Christ, better wives, mothers, daughters, friends, and women of God.

Naomi & Ruth Mentoring Ministry® was founded at The House of the Lord church in September 2000. It is a ministry that uses Bible study as a tool that focuses on training, instructing and molding women on three levels.
Level I - Naomi & Ruth
The Relationship Level
This is a level for the woman who senses God wants her to develop relationships with her sisters in the body of Christ. Relationships are developed through Bible study and times of sharing with other women. After an eight month commitment, she is encouraged to pray regarding moving on to a deeper commitment to God and His women in Level II.
Level II - Priscilla Discipleship
Getting to Know Jesus and Ourselves
Priscilla is a ministry with a commitment for maturing into a deeper relationship with God the Father, Jesus Christ the Son and The Holy Spirit. Through Partnership with the Holy Spirit, women prepare to move toward the call God has for their lives. They strive to embrace the vision that no one woman who desires a relationship with another woman should ever walk alone. This is an eight month commitment. Attending Level I is a prerequisite.
Esther - Preparing for the King!
This is a ministry for the future of today’s younger women who desire to live and serve God in a society that teaches them the contrary. She is prepared for Kingdom work through guidance in practical life skills and biblical instruction from older Priscillas who are willing to walk alongside her in support and guidance.
